She was in the process of trying to get this book published at the time of her passing, so it was never accomplished. 25 years after her passing, her daughter made that dream come to fruition.

The prospect of staying home on still another Friday night was just about more then Jennifer could stand. Since her boyfriend of two years, Scott, had moved to Boston permanently; however, Jennifer’s only other option was to go with her best friend, Ellysha, and her new (older) boyfriend, Robert, to a party. This didn’t thrill Jennifer much either, though, since Robert seemed to be influencing Ellysha to do things she had never considered before. Jennifer hardly recognized this “new” Ellysha who had suddenly begun smoking, drinking, and experimenting with sex. Jennifer didn’t want to sound like someone’s mother, but she was worried how all of these things would affect Ellysha in the long run: it didn’t look good. Still, Jennifer decided to get ready for the party. Anything had to be better then sitting at home.
